With the move to a new premises this doesn't mean we are changing how we do things however there are a few need to know things that customers should be aware of;

- Here at Leigh Emma's Dog Grooming we run a 1 in 1 out system so customers are reminded to please stick to their allocated pick up and drop off appointments

​

- No dog or customer likes to be left waiting and with a reduced size premises we do not have any room to hold dogs for crossovers meaning we won't be able to begin the next groom if we are awaiting a pick up.

​

- The pick up and drop off of all canine companions will be done front of house with customers being met at the front gate for drop offs and collections.

 

- Customers picking up/collecting dogs as well as those waiting whilst their dogs are groomed are welcome to park in front of the gates to the premises for this duration of time.

​

- Our premises is in a residential area and there are local green area's nearby so we ask that customers are respectful and clean up after their dogs should they walk them nearby.
